I believe that every client deserves respect and honesty. A lot of people get taken advantage of in this area of law. Many lawyers will collect fees when they know there is little chance of success. This can be an expensive process. Although I try to make my services as affordable as possible, some people are unlikely to be granted a visa. If I believe someone lacks the status or background necessary to qualify for a green card, I will tell them so and give them information about other resources available to them. I don’t waste their time and I don’t waste their money.
